Add a little Apple Cider Vinegar to your salad dressing when you are having that salad. If you usually have Italian dressing then this would be perfect and you will hardly notice the taste and it is just so healthy. Or you can try the Bragg Vinaigrette that I just had a few minutes ago with my salad. It was quite good and it is just so much healthy for you than other dressings out there! This serves 4 and takes around 15 minutes to make. A Great and healthy treat and the kids even love it…if you don’t tell them about the spinach 4 cups each baby spinach leaves and mixed salad greens Throw all the ingredients in a big bowl and serve! Filed under: Salads Comments: None |
