Here is a great article that I think people should read. You have to start taking control of your own health because the greedy will kill us with poisoned foods! More than 90 percent of all soybeans grown in the United States are genetically modified (GM) for herbicide resistance and are consequently sprayed with massive quantities of those toxic chemicals. Fully 85 percent of all corn grown in the country is also genetically engineered, either for herbicide resistance or to produce pesticides within its tissues. Since farmers sell their corn and soy to large distributors who mix the product together for processing, this essentially means that 100 percent of non-organic corn and soy products on the US market are GM. Thanks to Wm Rowe My son Jackson’s fifth birthday party was a blast. We are the kind of overachieving parents who believe that our kid’s birthday parties should be the talk of the town for the next month. We began planning his party six months in advance. I guess that is one advantage to having one child, you get to spoil them to the max. We contacted a company that specializes in those big inflatable bouncy houses and ordered two slides and a bouncy house. We had a buffet that was fit for a king, clowns making balloon animals and face painting. There were a total of 42 kids at this party, it was more like a county fair. While grilling out steaks I enjoyed talking to my friends. My buddy Doug was going on and out about how great his directv bundle was and Jimmy couldn’t stop bragging about his new Corvette that he just bought. I guess really my favorite part of this huge ordeal was just catching up with old friends. Filed under: Products and Sites Comments: None |

Being frugal comes in all forms and gathering those coupons for restaurants in your area is something that may be overlooked. Sure people think about getting coupons for when they go grocery and clothes shopping. But there are actually a lot of great savings that you could be taking advantage of with regards to going out. Many people are just not going out lately because of the horrible economy but you still can enjoy that nice night out or that family afternoon dinner by taking advantage of the savings. I am very frugal…I very rarely go online to buy anything without first searching and finding that coupon code or discount. It is time to get frugal and start thinking about how you can enjoy the simple pleasures of life again without it affecting your budget. I have a friend that takes this to another level though. She is one of these extreme couponers and she literally has a room full of things she bought for basically pennies. And then she sells them online or she donates them or she just uses them. I don’t mind buying things in bulk for a savings if i use it but I am not about to spend even $3 on something that normally cost $7 just because I’ll have a great savings. Personally, I think that is going the other way. But there have been times where she has spent $20 on $60 worth of groceries…it is quite impressive. It is very fun to get to the grocery counter and see them ring up the groceries and then you give them the coupons and instead of the money count increasing it is now going in the other direction…there is something satisfying about that. Another great way to be frugal is to grow your own food…that is the ultimate way of not only saving money but also you know what you will be eating and you will be eating so much more heather than getting those process foods the are absolutely horrible for you. Sure it is a little more work but it will pay off in the end with regards to your health as well as your extra money in your pocket. And if you can save a little here and there then you will find that it really does add up and you will be able to get that little luxury you have been wanting or you are more able to pay the bills you have on that monthly basis! I love Zum products but my favorite is their laundry detergent which is not detergent at all…it is soap and it does get your clothes clean without the harsh chemicals. Because even though you are washing your clothes and rinsing them in the machine…there is still chemicals in the fibers that are getting on and in your skin. The Frankincense is just fabulous…I highly recommend this product! Filed under: Products and Sites Comments: None |
