It is just very important to make sure that you keep that stove clean not only for sanitary reasons but because it looks nicer also. My grandfather just got his first flattop stove - he is not used to it at all but he got this kind instead of the ones with the coils. He likes to have a clean stove so he is just constantly cleaning it…which is not a bad thing though.
