I just love cooking with olive oil. And it is just so much better than the vegetable oil. And I don’t know about you but have you found that the price of vegetable oil has gone up quite a bit in the last few months. It is fine though because I have been using the other oils. Like the canola oil – that is very good too. I really do not notice a difference in taste either. I mean some recipes I don’t change it because I am not familiar enough with them but for the most part I am trying to limit my vegetable oil intake!
