I just love artichoke dip…I don’t particuarly like Artichoke though but in a dip they are just so great with nachos and stuff to dip in. Very good….I havce a couple of recipes but I just came across this one and I am going to try it ou this sunday with my husband. I found it at Recipe Finder. Serving: 4 1 box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (or 1 cup chopped spinach) 1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Combine all of the above ingredients and place in baking dish. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes and serve with crackers. Filed under: Appetizers and Dips and Recipes Comments:

WOW! Your recipe looks yummy. It would have been even better with a picture. My husband bought a large jar of artichoke hearts marinated in oil. There is no way we can eat them in a short amount of time. How long can I trust that they will be good if I keep them refrigerated after they are open? Thanks.
