I am need of major exercise and need to look into getting some fitness equipment to help me work out. I have terrible back pains and not I have muscle spasms in my abdomen lately. I just need to get up and walk and work out on a regular basis. I have to find the time though because I just never seem to have that time to do something for myself. But this is something that I have to start doing because I need to fix my back - I am in pain all the time especially when I am sitting for a long time.
