I used to have 4 spoons of sugar in my tea…then I reduced it down to 2 and that took alot to get use to but now I am off sugar with my tea completely. What is the point of having something as good and as healthy as a nice cup of green tea if you are going to put sugar in it that is going to lower your immune system.
