Having a nice cup of yogurt with some fresh fruit is a great habit to start getting into. And especially with the flu and cold season upon us. It is a great way to help to stay healthy. It will boost your immune system and it will also just keep the bad bacterias away while the good bacterias will be there to do what they have to.
