We have a dual heater/cooler unit that we use at home. In the winter it provides a nice warm breeze and in the summer a nice cool breeze. It doesn't get as cold as I'd like but works the same. You could use a <a href="http://www.championradio.com/towers.html" title="Radio Towers" rel="nofollow">radio tower<a> to mount a small wind turbine to power some of these heaters. Cool heaters!
