You should always clean your cutting board and the best thing to clean it with is Hydrogen Peroxide - it will definately get all of the germs and bacteria off. Just take a paper towel and just wipe it off and you will all set. If you cut chicken or meat you really need to clean it off before the next time you use it - you wouldn’t want to get salmanella poisoning because you didn’t clean it up!
