Monster Mash Dip
Posted on 10.02.07 by itscrazydelicious @

Here is a great dip that I am really looking forward to making. I will be making it sometime this week because I want to make sure that it will turn out right for what I need it for the halowwen party. It looks relatively easy and just looks very tasty but like with all recipes you really do have to try it before you can make the final decision on how it is going to be. Here is the recipe I got from Monster Mash Dip from JAS Family Fun.

4 ripe avocados
1/4 cup light or fat-free sour cream
1/3 cup tomato salsa
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Spoon the meat from the skins into a medium-size bowl, then mash it with a fork.

2. Add the sour cream, salsa, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well and serve immediately. Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups
